The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate proposal, contract, or service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information, assets, and approvals necessary for us to perform the agreed services. Delays caused by a client’s failure to provide required materials may affect project timelines.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or invoice. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified at the time of engagement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables created specifically for them, as outlined in the service agreement. Nexom Media retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or proprietary methods used in delivering services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Nexom Media provides services on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not guarantee specific marketing results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexom Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice terms specified in that agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
